I was dead set on shooting my Holga at Sarah and Adam’s wedding. However, it was a bit too dark for my liking, so the photos ended up darker than normal. But I kind of love them being so moody. Enjoy (or don’t). Either way is fine with me!
Also, we’re on DESIGN SPONGE again!! It’s such an honor to be featured on this blog as I read it everyday and it’s full of inspiration.
Have a wonderful weekend! I’ll be shooting weddings.

These look great! Congrats on being on Design Sponge
Holgas produce such amazing, dreamlike photos! Seriously, well done!
yay for being on design sponge. AGAIN. you rule.
Wow. I came across your photos on Design Sponge, and was really impressed. Great work! Congrats to the bride as well, she made beautiful choices. That dress!
i think the Holga captured them perfectly. So ethereal but not in that whispy, fairy way. If that makes sense!!
i love that you used a holga for some of their wedding shots.
SK – I love shooting Holga at weddings. Unfortunately we don’t get to do it as often as we would like because most of our weddings seem to be in the evening. I wish I could shoot it at every wedding!
Ohhh I love! I’ve been dying to try using a Holga and you’ve convinced me! Beautiful!!
These photos of Sarah & Adam’s wedding are amazing! I love her dress! Any idea where she got it from?
Thanks Michele!
The dress is John Galliano and she got t randomly at Neiman Marcus Last Call.
The shots and that dress are an inspiration. John Galliano is out of my league but I wonder if there are anymore detailed photos so I can try to reconstruct it!? It is absolutely breath-taking.
