Pretty eerie light leaks from these Holga shots. Probably because my camera strap keeps breaking and when the camera falls on the ground, the back pops off exposing the film a bit. This is completely fine with me.

St. Cecilia, Courtney and her details.
Courtney has fantastic personal style. I loved the way her wedding day elements were effortlessly “non-wedding.” She got ready at the St. Cecilia which is a new boutique hotel in Austin chock full of amazing details. 
Yes, that is a giant red puffy lounge chair.

Pockets. Her wedding dress had pockets. Every chance I got: “Courtney put your hands in your pockets.” Because pockets on wedding dresses are unexpected and lovely.

We drove to Fredricksburg, TX for this engagement session with Kim and Charlie. It was a gorgeous and warm winter day – perfect for trolling around old German school houses and sitting in fields. I enjoy spending my days doing these things.
I hope 2009 is going well for you all so far. I haven’t seen anyone sleeping in public yet this year. But I’m ready for it! Stay tuned!
